How we structure AI learning for working adults
All three navacodex programmes follow the same underlying structure: a clear sequence of concepts and skills, each building on what came before, with enough pacing to allow genuine absorption rather than rushed coverage.
Content is delivered through recorded sessions so learners can watch and re-watch at times that fit their schedules. Each programme also includes live elements — office hours and small-group reviews — that are recorded for anyone who misses the scheduled time.
We review and update all content before each new cohort begins. This means the programme a learner takes in mid-2025 reflects the current state of the tools and concepts it covers, not the state they were in when the programme was first built.
Sequential structure
Each week connects to the next. Concepts are introduced in the order that makes them easiest to understand and use.
Async-first delivery
Recorded sessions, downloadable readings, and flexible access mean study fits around your work schedule.
Content updated each cohort
Materials are reviewed and revised before every new cohort, not on a fixed annual timetable.

Programme 01 · 8 weeks
Beginner's AI Concepts Course
An eight-week part-time course for learners who are entirely new to artificial intelligence and would like to develop a calm, accurate vocabulary for thinking about it. The course covers what a model is, how learning systems differ from rule-based systems, how to read everyday news about AI carefully, and a gentle introduction to the tools learners will continue to meet as they read further.
Each week pairs a recorded session with a short reading list and a small written reflection. No prior programming background is assumed. The pace is steady — the goal is solid understanding, not rapid coverage.

Programme 02 · 14 weeks
Career Transition Track
A fourteen-week part-time track for learners who are already working in another field and would like to develop a working foundation in applied AI as part of a longer-term career move. The track covers Python, the foundations of data work, applied machine learning, and the practical question of how to talk about a transition with current and future employers.
Each cohort is supported by weekly small-group office hours, and the programme schedule respects the working hours of learners who are continuing in employment alongside their study.

Programme 03 · 5 months
Portfolio-Driven AI Programme
A five-month part-time programme for learners who would like to develop a small portfolio of working AI projects over the course of their study, with the portfolio itself as the central deliverable. The programme covers project framing, dataset selection, model development, evaluation, and the practical work of writing up a project so a reader can understand both what was done and why.
Each cohort is supported by weekly small-group reviews, and the pace is set by the learner's own development of their portfolio pieces over time.

These are not programme-specific policies. They are baseline commitments that apply regardless of which course you are on.
Content updated before every cohort
We review all materials — sessions, readings, exercises — before each new cohort begins and update anything that needs it.
Learner data protected
We store only what we need to run the programme and do not sell or share learner information with third parties.
Fixed fees, no additions
The fee stated at enrolment is the total fee. There are no supplementary charges or required additional purchases.
Personal responses to enquiries
Every message we receive is read and replied to by a member of the team — not an automated system.
Recordings available after programme end
Session recordings remain accessible for twelve months after your cohort ends, so you can revisit material you want to go over again.
Feedback collected and acted on
Structured feedback is gathered at midpoint and end of each cohort. Specific changes from that feedback appear in the following run.

Clear pricing, all in Thai Baht
Fees cover all programme content, live office hours and reviews, session recordings, and downloadable materials. There are no additions after enrolment.
