Why navacodex

A school built around how working adults actually learn

Our programmes were designed from the ground up with one thing in mind: people who have jobs, responsibilities, and limited hours. What follows is what that means in practice.

Designed for part-time study

Sessions are recorded and available on your schedule. Weekly time commitments are stated clearly from the start, so you can plan around your work.

Small cohort sizes

We keep cohorts small so that office hours and reviews are genuinely useful conversations rather than large group lectures.

No assumed knowledge

Our entry-level programme assumes nothing beyond curiosity. Each programme states its prerequisites plainly so you choose the right starting point.

Practical, applied content

Each programme moves from understanding to application. You leave with things you have actually built or written, not just concepts you have been told about.

Honest, unhurried guidance

We describe AI clearly and without hype. Our instructors will tell you what a technology can and cannot do — including when it is not the right tool for something.

Thai learner context

Our school is based in Bangkok. We understand the local job market and can speak to what AI skills mean for careers in the Thai economy specifically.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear often

If something important is not covered here, please send us a message — we will reply directly rather than with a template.

Do I need a programming background to enrol?
The Beginner's AI Concepts Course requires no programming knowledge at all. The Career Transition Track begins with Python from the ground up, so it is also accessible to those without a coding background, though some comfort with computers generally will help. The Portfolio-Driven Programme assumes you are already reasonably comfortable writing Python.
How much time per week does each programme require?
The Beginner's Course is designed for roughly five to seven hours per week, including one recorded session, a short reading list, and a written reflection. The Career Transition Track runs around eight to ten hours per week. The Portfolio Programme varies more by individual but centres on a steady pace of project work — we suggest ten to twelve hours per week as a planning figure.
Are the sessions live or recorded?
All core sessions are recorded so you can watch them when your schedule allows. Office hours and small-group reviews are held live at times agreed with each cohort, and we record those too for anyone who cannot attend on the day.
What is the cohort intake schedule?
We typically open new cohorts for each programme on a quarterly basis. Exact dates are shared with people who have expressed interest, so getting in touch early is the best way to make sure you hear about the next available start date.
What currency are the fees in, and how is payment handled?
All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿). We accept payment by bank transfer to a Thai bank account. Full details are shared during the enrolment process after you have confirmed your place.
What data do you collect when I submit the contact form?
We collect the name and email address you provide, and the phone number if you choose to include it. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send information about upcoming cohorts. We do not sell data to third parties. Our full privacy policy is on the Privacy Policy page.
